Background
Vitania Ltd.’s entrepreneurship is realized across the chain, from development, land sourcing and betterment, through to the construction of top-standard buildings in premium locations and their lease to quality tenants.
Founded in 1995 by four partners: SGS, the Propper family, Gitam BBDO Advertising Agency and the Hamama family, the company expanded over the years to include Harel Insurance and Flying Cargo as shareholders. In 2015, the company was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and currently, 17% of its shares are held by the public.
Overview of Activities
Vitania owns close to 230,000 Sqm of income-producing properties that are leased to quality tenants, of which more than 95% is designated as office spaces, and the rest are commercial areas.
The company has also built residential buildings and assisted living facilities in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Gdansk, Poland, which have been sold.
The company currently has approximately 400,000 Sqm (some co-owned) in various planning and/or construction stages in Tel Aviv, Ness Ziona, Petah Tikva and Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem.
Vitania has entered into an EPC and property lease management agreement with SGS, granting it the execution capabilities, flexibility in construction and operation of the assets at a high standard and competitive prices.
