Vitania Ltd. is a public income-producing real estate company engaging in entrepreneurship, land development and improvement and the construction of high-standard buildings in premium areas for quality tenants.
Founded in 1995 by four partners – SGS, the Propper Family, Gittam BBDO Advertising Agency and the Hamama Family, the company expanded over the years to include Harel Insurance and Talcar Ltd. as shareholders. In 2015 the company was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and currently 17% of its shares are held by the public.
Overview of Activities
Vitania owns approximately 200,000 sq m of income-producing properties that are leased to quality tenants, of which more than 95% comprise office space and the rest are commercial areas.
The company has also built residential buildings and assisted living facilities in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Gdansk, Poland, which have been sold.
The company currently has an inventory of approximately 579,000 sq m (some co-owned; company’s share – 340,000 sq m) which are in different planning and/or construction stages in Tel Aviv, Ness Ziona, Petah Tikva and Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem.
Vitania has a property execution and lease management agreement with SGS, conferring on it execution capabilities and flexibility in construction and enabling it to operate the properties at a high standard and competitive prices.

Ofer Ziv, CEO
Mr. Ziv is a graduate of the Military Academy of the Hebrew Reali School in Haifa and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
Ehud Samsonov, Active Chairman
Mr. Samsonov holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, and has many years' experience in the execution of large-scale engineering projects in diverse areas, as well as in the promotion, development, construction and management of office and commercial buildings and residential projects.
Boris Barkai, CFO
Mr. Barkai is a CPA and holds an MBA from the College of Management.
