Located at the eastern end of Derech Am Moshavat in Petah Tikva, this land spans approximately 25 dunams and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Moshav stadium, the light rail station (red line), and the heavy rail station. A partnership has been formed between the companies involved and Carso Real Estate Company to develop a cutting-edge and commercial park. The park will consist of five 10-story buildings, covering an approximate area of 80,000 square meters, along with an additional 35-story tower that has obtained a building permit. Once completed, the park’s total area will reach 120,000 square meters.
This project has secured exceptional rights for underground parking, allowing for the establishment of approximately 2,500 parking spaces. Presently, the construction of the basement floors for the first phase (buildings A, B, and C) is nearing completion. In the first quarter of 2025, the initial part of the park, including office building A with a floor area of 12,500 square meters, as well as the commercial floors of buildings B and C, will be ready for occupancy.
The company holds a 50% stake in this project.
