In a complex conservation process, the company restored the former Jerusalem Hotel building, renamed the Drisco Hotel, on Orbach St. in Tel Aviv. The adjoining wooden house that was once the mythical Keren Restaurant is now also a part of the hotel.
Adjacent to the hotel, the company built a 60-unit residential complex, which has been completely sold out.
The hotel, containing 43 rooms and suites of different sizes, is recognized as one of Israel’s leading boutique hotels, along with the George & John’s chef restaurant operating on its premises.
Holdings: The company’s share in the building is 33%.
