In 2020, the company acquired Teva’s inhaler plant located at 2 Hamarpeh St., Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
The 24,000 sq m parcel of land contains a building of 10,000 sq m consisting of clean rooms, laboratories, offices and a logistics warehouse, alongside a large power center.
The remaining rights in the land, amounting to 60,000 sq m zoned for industry and offices, can be realized in the vacant part of the plot.
As of mid-2021 Vitania leased the existing building to various tenants, and it is currently planning the expansion of the building rights in the rest of the plot to 130,000 sq m.
