In 2020, the company acquired Teva’s inhaler plant located on 2 Hamarpe St., Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
The 24,000 Sqm parcel of land holds a building of 10,000 Sqm that contains clean rooms, laboratories, offices and a logistics warehouse, alongside a large power center.
The remaining rights in the land, amounting to 60,000 Sqm with an industry and offices zoning, can be realized in the vacant part of the plot.
As of mid-2021, Vitania leased the existing building to various tenants and is currently working on the planning and expansion of the building rights in the remaining plot to 130,000 Sqm.
