Vitania and CPM entered into a partnership for the construction of this building, located in the industrial zone of Modiin.
The building, with a total area of 10,000 Sqm, is designated for offices and commerce and has 9,300 Sqm of underground parking.
The primary tenant in the building is the global courier, DSV. Additionally, some spaces were leased to BreezeCOM (Alvarion) and to Amadot, who operates shared workspaces.
Holdings: The company’s share in the building is 50%.
