Vitania and the Landa family signed an agreement at the beginning of 2021 for the purchase of half of the phase A rights in a complex on the Ness Ziona Science Campus, with a total area of 105,000 sq m. designated for industry, offices and commerce.
Phase A is a 37,000 sq m building that combines industrial areas, laboratories and offices, on top of two underground parking levels with an area of 22,000 sq m.
Approximately 13,000 sq m of the built-up area were leased in advance under a long-term contract to companies of the Landa Group.
Occupation of phase A is expected in early 2025.
